We integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), alongside a focus on lifestyle-based care. This approach helps reduce the effects of chronic stress and trauma and empowers clients to feel more centered, resilient, and engaged in their lives.
