Sessions

We offer a free, 15-minute phone consultation prior to the first session to ensure that we'd be a good fit.

Sessions are conducted either in person or online via a HIPAA compliant video platform. 

Telehealth or online therapy can provide the same service, approaches and interventions as in-person therapy with the convenience of meeting wherever it is convenient for the client, as long as there is a private wifi connection.
